How about this for a club cricket XI?

I’ve had a go at coming up with a Southland Club Cricket XI from my time following the competition. Some only made brief appearances, others are long-serving legends in the Southland club scene.

For the good part of 27 or so years, I’ve been following Southland’s senior club cricket competition. Firstly as a player but a good chunk of it covering it as a reporter.

There’s been some very good cricketers who have appeared in Southland’s grassroots competition over the years.

I’ve had a go at coming up with a Southland Club Cricket XI from my time following the competition. Some only made brief appearances, others are long-serving legends in the Southland club scene.
