Invercargill’s Mayor is standing firm on his stance that mana whenua representatives should not attend Local Government New Zealand’s AGM in July.

At a recent Invercargill City Council meeting mana whenua representative Evelyn Cook expressed her disappointment that she hadn’t been provided any information about LGNZ’s AGM last year, and to date that had also been the case this year.
