Southland Football's significant female growth

Sharks get the job done in New Plymouth…
The Southland Sharks scored an important road 87-82 win over the Taranaki Airs in New Plymouth on Friday night.
It came a couple of days after a loss to the Manawatu Jets, and again it was the trio of American imports - Keylan Boone, Caleb Asberry, and Josiah Allick - who led the way for the Sharks. Between them, they racked up 65 points.
The Sharks return to Invercargill for a return match with the Airs at ILT Stadium Southland on Thursday night.
