Remarkably five graduates of the SBS Bank Academy Southland programme are in Paris competing at the Olympic Games. In this week’s episode of The Roar, Academy Southland programme manager Jason McKenzie talks us through just how special the moment is. Jason has also worked with various athletes in the NZ Olympic team in a psychology capacity and he shares an interesting insight into what goes into preparing the athletes mentally.
