Hey what about the Arts : your “Sunday special” could also include , (even briefly as a summary article ) : one heading devoted to ( some of ) the mysic gigs or plays or whatever in the city this particular weekend. Even in abbreviated form with a few pictures this is capable of making ncreasing interest ands awareness and hopefully increased motivation and participation (!!) in the touring mysic performances that do come to this city , and to the plays and or art exhibitions that may have open this weekend. I write and urge this because sometimes I think that people just don’t easily know of the arts and performance events that are happening , or perhaps where . Eg Muso’s club gigs might only have twenty people for a great blues gig it strikes me that the likes of Muso’s club gigs, classical music gigs at civic are occurring outside of peoples radar screen… The sthd express - and now The Tribune- have akways been key in sometimes referring to these upcoming ( or past ) events :-) . Food for thought about incorporating a roving arts commentator or commentary too:-)
