In a blow to dairy farmers Fonterra has reduced its 2023/24 season forecast Farmgate Milk Price significantly. Host of The Country radio show and rural commentator Jamie McKay describes it as “a bleak day for provincial New Zealand”. (READ MORE HERE).

The LUG South Charitable Trust crew is getting ready for “the biggest display of Lego creations ever in Gore”. There will be 70 tables covered by 48 exhibitor groups from as far away as Wellington. Ages range from children up to the oldest exhibitor in their 80s.
