Ivy Clinic: A 'fearless cheerleader for your skin'
“Hydrobrasion. I’ll be honest, up until a week or so ago I didn’t know what that word meant. Let alone did I consider booking an appointment for the procedure. Before I had the chance to whip up an excuse in my head Ivy Clinic’s Kaylie Harrison had me booked in for a session at the recently opened Invercargill Ivy Clinic in Windsor. I’m pleased Kaylie did. Murihiku Pride Week: ‘It is about community’
“I think a lot of people still might have the impression that Southland is quite conservative. The visibility is just quite a lot less than what the reality would be if people were out and about. Congratulations to Gore’s Sheldon Bagrie-Howley who claimed a bronze medal at the World Bowls Championships on the Gold Coast on Sunday.
He skipped the men’s fours team to a bronze medal. Bagrie-Howley’s bronze medal joins the gold medal Southland’s Julie O’Connell won earlier at the event.
O’Connell teamed up with Teri Backbourn to clinch the gold in the inaugural Women's Para Pairs event.

SBHS first XV victory parade - Wednesday, 2.45pm - Invercargill CBD
We love a good celebration in Southland. Make a trip to Invercargill’s CBD on Wednesday afternoon to celebrate the SBHS first XV’s national school title. There will be a victory parade which will start at Don St, head down Dee St and along Esk St.
