Amongst the former All Black stars who will line up at Rugby Park in Invercargill on Saturday will be a scattering of hometown heroes. Many of them were close mates with the man who will be in most people’s thoughts as the Pack the Park rugby game plays out. That man is the late Blair Vining. (READ MORE HERE).

Momentous day: Riverton's 24-year trotting hiatus to end
Sunday will be a momentous day for the Riverton Trotting Club when they return to race at the Riverton Racecourse for the first time in 24 years. The standardbred club last raced at their home course when they held two races as part of a Riverton Racing Club meeting in April 2000. (READ MORE HERE).

The Southern Charity Hospital wants to say thanks. Pack the Park 2024 - The Final will bring together footy legends including former All Blacks and special guests, friends of the late Blair Vining and special supporters and friends that have been made along the epic journey to bring the Southern Charity Hospital to life.
To pay tribute to the community and all those who have worked tirelessly, and to mark five years of the original bucket list game in the kind of tribute that would have made the big guy grin – the Southern Charity Hospital will host Pack the Park 2024 – the Final.
